Update
I am sorry I have not posted for a while, but been busy moving house. Was actually homeless for a month with delay on new place. In the end I sat in the solicitor's office for 2 hrs until he got it sorted! It wasn't all bad tho'. Hired a holiday let overlooking Brixham harbour, sat and watched the sun sets( Photos will follow!)Have now settled in, all boxes and PC unpacked. It was very therapeutic going thru all my old photos and letters etc, some I kept, others I discarded as they no longer hold a tug on the heart strings.New home, new hair do, new resolve! Have booked up my month long trip to Greece, Island-hopping by myself, end of july till end of Aug. Will try and set up blog so I can keep you updated on my progress and adventure! Only black spot on the horizon is I have finally had to admit defeat and middle age, and pick up my first pair of glasses tomorrow. Will update my photo so you can all make suitable comments!
Reflections on the last 2 months:
Life is definitely for living.
In the UK we moan about the cold, and after 2 hot days, moan about that as well! ( not me tho')
If you smile nicely, big burly men will help you carry heavy things!
and finally...
There are people who come into your life, and make you a better person, and even tho they leave, (in all senses) they still stay with you, in your heart...
oh and 8 vodkas, followed by 5 shots will make you ill!!!
